We operate from four London offices, all networked together and covering all of Greater London. The head office is in the City of London, with three further offices in Bayswater, Heathrow and Gants Hill, Essex. Each office has a qualified lawyer supervising support staff.

We have five notaries covering all offices, offering support 8.30am to 6.00pm, with a 24/7 emergency cover.

We have five in house couriers, including motor cyclists, for efficient delivery and collection at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and all consulates.

We have computerised case management systems allowing us to accept documents for notarisation by email attachment, although all original signatures must be witnessed by ourselves. We offer binding by ribbon and docubind systems.
