Rebeca Willock
Rebeca joined LondonNotaries in 2006, having qualified as a notary public in Costa Rica, South America. She is an experienced lawyer qualified to practice in Costa Rica, and has extensive knowledge of Spanish Powers of Attorney. More recently, Rebeca continues to assist the firm as a Consultant on Latin American legal systems and documentation.
