Libya

Documents for use in Libya require legalisation by the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office and the Libyan Consulate.

The Consular fee is £20.00 per document and turnaround time is likely to be 3-4 working days.

A photocopy of each document is required and the documents need to be translated into Arabic.

Commercial documents additionally require legalisation at the Arab-British Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The fee for processing a document at the London Chamber of Commerce is £37.01 per document and turnaround time is 1-2 weeks.
