The firm was established in 1997 in Kensington High Street, London. At the time, the firm consisted of predominantly solicitors, and notary public work was ancillary to the main work carried out as solicitors. There were departments dealing with property law, litigation and dispute resolution, employment law and wills/probate. The firm’s litigation expertise culminated in some very successful litigation cases widely reported in the Legal Press.

The firm’s notary public department, however, grew such that by 2002 most of the firm’s clients were heavily involved in International Documentation and dedicated resources were assigned to the continued growth of the notarisation department rather than conventional solicitor work.

Over the following three to four years, support staff numbers grew and new notaries public joined the firm from existing eminent firms of notaries public. At the same time two of the paralegal staff trained, with the support and guidance of the firm, to qualify as notaries outright.

Simultaneously, a City office was opened in response to demand in 2003. The firm then chose to concentrate its efforts in the direction of notary public work almost entirely, with the other legal departments either closing or becoming very much ancillary to the notarial work.

In 2006, two offices were added : the Gants Hill Office, and the Heathrow Office. Both offices were supervised by qualified lawyers, and are presently growing steadily. At the same time, the head office for the notaries practice was moved to the City at Fenchurch Avenue, and the Kensington Office moved to Bayswater.

There follows a short description of our lawyers and paralegals. We are proud to boast one of the most international cross sections of the community within our firm, with staff from : Spain, Poland, Brazil, Sweden, Hungary, France, Seychelles, India, Pakistan, Costa Rica, Germany and of course from the U.K.
